I love Yashica-D

One of my favourite cameras, my late model Yashica-D TLR with four-element Yashinon 80mm f3.5 taking lens and 80mm f/2.8 Yashinon viewing lens. The Yashica-D uses a Copal shutter with beautiful curved blades as seen above.

The Yashica-D shoots on medium-format, 120 film, making the negatives around 60 x 60mm. Shutter speed ranges from 1 to 1/500 second, with bulb setting. The camera has an aperture range from f3.5 to f22. The shutter has a manual cock, with separate release button.

Focussing and composition is done via the top lens, on sandblasted glass at the top of the camera. A magnifying glass can be folded out for fine adjustments.
